MAISON SOCIETE CIVILE Miami Beach, Florida Complete restoration of a historic home in prestigious Bay Road, Miami Beach Florida. This 1926 Mediterranean was built by George Merrick (developer of Coral Gables, F).for his daughter. Updating included complete electrical and plumbing systems, a new kitchen, front covered entry addition, pool, courtyard and entry gatehouse. A rewarding collaboration between owner and architect, producing a home that retains it's elegant and distinct character. |
